참고 사항: 자체 ERP를 사용하는 판매자의 경우, 구매자의 정보가 숨겨져 있으면 상품을 배송할 수 없으므로 최대한 빨리 조정하시기 바랍니다.

셀러센터를 이용한 배송 과정에서 문제가 발생할 경우 계정 관리자 (Account Manager)에게 문의하거나 헬프센터로 연락하시기 바랍니다. 제 3자 ERP를 이용한 배송 과정에서 문제가 발생할 경우 사용 중인 ERP의 고객센터에 문의하시기 바랍니다. 자체 ERP를 이용한 배송 중에 문제가 발생할 경우 Shopee 담당자에게 문의하시기 바랍니다.
